IPO
Initial Public Offerings (“IPO”) is a process of which a company makes initial public offering of additional shares to investors through securities exchange, so the raised fund can be used for further corporate development. Chinese companies have the option to seek listing on Shanghai Stock Exchange or on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in China. Sponsor institutions assist the companies in going through the listing steps, including restructure coaching, paper submission and review, roadshow, book-running and pricing, and ultimately listing.
