2015 Shanxi Securities Co. Ltd short-term corporate bond issuance (first  tranche) was accomplished successfully on 27 March 2015, in which ZhongDe Securities was engaged as the sole lead manager. The deal is CNY 600 million with tenor of 6 months and annual coupon rate of 5.70%.

Shanxi Securities Co. Ltd is one of the first batch securities companies which can issue short-term corporate bond approved by CSRC. The first offering of short-term corporate bond was in Dec 2014. With the effective communication with SZSE and efficient cooperation with Shanxi Securities, the preparation and approval of deal were cost only 1 month. The issuance was at quarter end with an instant market rate rebound and purchasing hesitance of investors. Under such circumstance, ZhongDe Securities actively reached out to various institutional investors and communicated with them thoroughly on our issuance. The coupon rate was successfully set at 5.70%.
