2015 Shanxi Securities Co. Ltd subordinated bond issuance (third tranche) was accomplished successfully on 20 April 2015. ZhongDe Securities was engaged as the sole lead manager in this deal. The deal is CNY 2 billion with tenor of 3 years (the issuer has redemption option at the end of first year) and annual coupon rate of 6.00%.

ZhongDe Securities successfully reduced financial costs for Shanxi Securities by arranging issuance in middle April, which seized the open window when the market interest rate went down. This offering helped Shanxi Securities broaden the financing channel efficiently.
